HOW DO YOU TAKE IT?

Take 1 to 1,5 teaspoons (5 ml – 7.5 ml) daily with food or consult your healthcare practitioner.

Mix it. Stir a dose of lemon or natural Mega Omega oil into a serving of any stir-fry, pasta or seafood dish – after the cooking process if the meal is hot.
